When trying to find a gym for combat sports training it’s extremely hard to evaluate a gym with just one class. That’s why we created a promo/trial membership for trying out classes. This will allow YOU an entire week to try out classes on our weekly schedule and give you a better idea as to the classes we offer, our coaches/instructors, and our community.
If you want to try out classes please do the following:
Download our custom app and create a profile (your email address will be used as your login).
Purchase the trial/promo membership directly through the app OR by visiting the Memberships section on our website.
DO NOT book your trial classes until you have purchased the trial/promo membership. Otherwise, the system will charge you the regular rate for the class(es) you are booking
Schedule your training classes!
That’s it! It’s that easy.

There is limited metered street parking around the gym. Free street parking can be found south and west of the gym near Blackhawk and Dayton Street. ALWAYS pay attention to street signages in case there are parking restrictions.Chicago Mixed Martial Arts

1524 N Halsted, Chicago, IL 60642The two buildings are connected and are accessible internally. This allows us to run multiple classes at the same times through out the course of the day. There are 3 bathrooms located within the 2 building; however, lockers, changing rooms, and showers are located in the north building (1528 N Halsted).

There is limited metered street parking around the location. However, street parking is also subjected to restrictions due to events at Wintrust Arena and Soldier Field. ALWAYS pay attention to street signages in case there are parking restrictions.We also offer validated parking within the ArriveLex building for a discounted rate. Please ask our staff for a validated sticker after your class.

No, we don’t have a fee for joining or terminating a membership at our gym, ie joining/initiation fee.
One of our monthly plans does have a signup fee. This fee is basically a deposit toward the total cost of the entire membership for a year. This allows you to lower the monthly payment for this plan, ie $200/month vs. $250/month. -
No contracts. However, our month-to-month memberships are setup as recurring.
Month-to-month memberships will be automatically renewed on the same date as the original purchase date.
For example, your original purchase date is March 1, 2025. Your monthly membership will be automatically renewed on the 1st of the month starting with April 2025.
A 30-day cancellation notice is required. You can do this by sending us your cancellation requesting to the mailbox support@chicagomma.com
Kids membership is also a recurring membership.
Other memberships (day or 10-class pass, drop-ins, prepaid memberships) are NOT recurring and you will need to obtain a new membership when they expire.

All of our monthly memberships are set up to automatically charge your credit or debit card on the same day as your initial purchase date.

No, prepaid memberships are not automatically renewed. You will need to purchase a new membership when your prepaid membership expires.

The registration process will create an account that you will be used in order to schedule and sign into classes when you are training. Your account is what our membership system will use in order to charge your monthly membership fee. As such, it’s important for you to keep your billing address and credit card info up to date.

All you have to do is simply send an email to support@chicagomma.com and tell us what you are trying to do. This will allow us to ensure that our system is charging you the correct membership fee base on what you are trying to do.

We ask for an advance notice so that we can properly terminate your membership so that our system does not charge your account. Our system and staff cannot base your desire to cancel your membership purely on your attendance. As such, please communicate your membership cancellation request via our Membership Cancellation Request Form. You will receive a written confirmation once your request has been processed.
Cancellation requests that do not fall within the 30-day notification will be processed toward the next renewal date such that your account won’t be charged again. You will also have the option to finish out the remaining length of the renewal or we can extend an equivalent membership length for you to use in the future if you resume training with us.

Our membership system will use your email and phone number information to communicate with you based on your notification settings. For example, if you are signed up for a class and it got cancelled then the system would send you a notification message based on your settings.

For your convenience, you can use the Gymdesk app to schedule your training classes, manage your payment info, view other important info about the gyms, or buy items from the online shop.
